Soul Mate Relationships for Clarity
I mentioned in a Facebook Live a few weeks ago that I have opened myself to dating. This triggered another level of deep healing. A few days ago, as I cooked dinner I was thinking about soul relationships and realized how they come in so many varieties. Many people just talk about that amazing soulmate or twin flame romantic relationship. What often gets missed in the big picture is the value of all our soul group.
There are so many souls that are here to support us. Sometimes they come into our life for very brief periods of time, one of my favorite sayings is “people come into our life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime”. We have these important souls, these important people, that come in to support us where we are in this moment, to help us grow and become stronger and live our life purpose deeper.
I remembered my high school friend who was always there for me and suddenly I heard his voice. We started spending time together in sixth grade and were friends throughout high school. We lost track of each other after high school but the impact this man had on my life will be with me forever. Mediumship is not a regular energetic connection for me. He died in the early 80s and tonight was my first personal contact with him.
I heard him say that I am strong, that he recognized my ability to teach, be authentic and make a difference when we were in high school. This is the first person who truly saw me as I am at my core and who I was destined to be; not the person who was worried about rules, what other people think and how to fit in.
Now he is an evolved spirit guide and has been supporting me from another realm. Today, he let me know that he’s always been there and reinforced my understanding that there are so many beautiful supportive souls in our lives. These souls float in and out of our lives as it is destined to be.
Do you sometimes feel like I did and struggle with being seen as who you truly are? Do you want help with getting clear on your life purpose and feeling your own energy? I would love to support you with a 30-minute Inner Wisdom Clarity Activation Call. Click HERE to get on my calendar.
Follow your Heart: And let those who love you do so also
This blog my loving friends is about being very conscious of what we are asking for. I had the amazing opportunity to spend the weekend in Columbus, OH with my youngest child, Kyle. He is a Jr at OSU. He talked about how much he loves Columbus (for reference I live in Massachusetts). He is happy and loves the way people treat him there, the environment, the weather, etc. He is excited to find a summer internship in Columbus…. Yikes!
I wished for time to slow down and to have more time with him – be careful what you ask for! I arrived at the airport Sunday night to have my flight delayed so that I would miss my connecting flight to MA. I forgot that I am a powerful manifestor and need to be careful of what I ask for. So I got to spend another night my my son – at the expense of a client.
I was blessed to stay in his apartment and we had a fun night watching the Patriots and “hanging out”.
As we relaxed instead of exploring, I had time to feel the upcoming change. My heart hurt for a while and then I remembered that I raised him to follow his heart.
A tangible part of me is moving on – I have grown and expanded in exponential ways the past few years – now I am seeing it reflected in my children.
Life is growth – sometimes it is easy – sometimes it hurts. Sometimes we miss a connection and receive a gift.
How can you look at a missed opportunity and find a gift?
Do you trust your intuition? I do
We all “know” more than we give ourselves credit for. We are born intuitive beings. Often our inner wisdom is taught out of us. We are trained to follow the guidance of our parents, teachers, religious and community leaders instead of what we know in our hearts to be true. This is confusing and can cause us to doubt the divine information we receive daily if we open our hearts to it. Each moment we have the chance to choose what we believe. Do we believe our hearts or what we are told? I lived many years not trusting myself and my heart. I now know that my heart is the truest barometer of truth.
Put your hands over your heart and ask a question. Does your heart warm? Does it feel inviting? If so, then the answer is positive. If you feel repelled, chilled or uncomfortable then the subject is not good for you.
Practice this daily and you will start to immediately recognize your own intuition and have the power to make choices with deep spiritual guidance. This will bring peace and ease to your life.
Clairbeing: Being connected to the Source
In this final segment of the 5-part #Blog series I wrote for The Wellness Universe, Clairbeing pulls all our senses together. #WUVIP
We are in our final week of the 5 main ways that the Divine sends us messages. Clairvoyance is seeing messages; Clairaudience is listening to direction; Clairsentience is feeling energy and Claircognizance is knowingness.
Clairbeing is the integration of all our intuitive senses.
It is truly living and being in a receiving mode. Clairbeing is BE-ing present to receive the Clairvoyant, Clairaudient, Clairsentient and Claircognizant messages. It is staying in alignment with and open to the energy flow around us.
When I was formally learning about Angel communication the senses I trusted were Clairsentience, followed closely by Claircognizance. I was struggling to connect to and believe the messages I was receiving using my other senses. After the first week, I started to doubt that I would ever be able to see or hear messages. So, the angels blocked my knowingness and ability to feel messages. I felt lost! I didn’t realize how much I depended on those senses to connect with energy and make decisions.
After a brief panic attack, I practiced being in the moment – Clairbeing. I stopped thinking about the way I used to receive messages. I stopped second guessing myself if what I saw and heard was real. I started paying attention to what I felt, knew, saw and heard in each moment. I practiced my Clairvoyance and Clairaudience skills. Without the immediate knowing and feeling, I could see and hear clearer. All Divine information flowed richer and more vibrant. I became aware of how intertwined and connected energy flow is within me and with everything else. Once I proved to myself that I could live in the moment and connect deeply to Divine messages in all ways, my Clairsentience and Claircognizance senses returned. They still are my strongest senses, yet now I have the gift of strong Clairvoyance and Clairaudience also.
Clairbeing is integrating all our energy into the now. It is the sense that we are all one. Clairbeing is being aware. It is knowing when you are pushing versus allowing. Clairbeing is the ability to surrender to what is, versus worrying about what was or what may come.
One of my favorite examples of Clairbeing is a story from Abraham-Hicks: the short version is to imagine yourself in a boat paddling upstream in a river that has lots of rocks and is moving very fast. You are working furiously to get somewhere but are going nowhere. If you turn around and go with the flow, life become so much easier as you are not resisting and you are being fully present to all that is around you. It is easier to see the opportunities along the way as well as the obstacles. This is Clairbeing.
It is acknowledging that the best course of action is to take a nap and reset your energy so that you can allow your intuition to flow and create faster even when you are on a deadline and your ego wants to push through. Or understanding that your senses are heightened and more open to receive when you take a walk or go for a drive.
Clairbeing is understanding the importance of fueling your body with nourishing foods and drinking enough water. Our physical bodies are between 50-65% water and water is highly conductive of energy. When we do not drink adequate water our reception of energetic signals is reduced.
Clairbeing allows us to be truly and completely us. Clairbeing allows us to acknowledge that there is an inner and outer reality. We have a subconscious, conscious, and superconscious aspect of ourselves and they are all divine. It is knowing that there is a gift in every experience and that everyone and everything is a child of God and a part of Divinity.
A beautiful example of Clairbeing was my ability to see my almost ex-husband as a child of God and doing the best he could during our contested divorce. Once I could be present to the moment, to feel his love for our children, I could see the Divine in him. I could be present to his feelings and motivation and not judge what he was doing. It allowed me to receive the guidance I needed to find a resolution that was beneficial to our children.
Clairbeing is the ability to love unconditionally. It is the ability to surrender to the now, to be present and to trust that all is in divine order. It is losing our own identity, boundaries, and judgments about us versus them and me versus the universe.
Clairbeing is acknowledging that we are all one. There is no separation. Clairbeing is living and being connected to the Divine in every moment.
Claircognizance: The Gut Feeling Message
In part 4 of this 5-part #Blog series I wrote for The Wellness Universe, we explore the knowingness of Claircognizance. #WUVIP
We are in week 4 of the 5 main ways that the Divine sends us messages. Clairvoyance is seeing messages, Clairaudience is listening to direction, and Clairsentience is the feeling of energy. We will close out our series next week with Clairbeing.
This week we will focus on Claircognizance or the knowing sense. It is that light bulb that goes off and gives us an immediate answer or feeling about something. Sometimes the knowingness hits us so fast that we can miss it or start to doubt it. Pay attention to those first and powerful intuitive hits as it is the Divine sending you information. Take a deep breath and pause when you get a “feeling” about something so that your brain can register how your body is reacting and acknowledge the information.
Claircognizance is the sense that you just know deep in your core that something is true. You cannot explain it or explain it away. It is just is.
There is a reason that a first impression is talked about so much. We do have this immediate knowingness about people and situations. Many years ago, my boss told me to hire someone that I just didn’t feel comfortable with. She had excellent qualifications, but from the first time I met her, I knew that something was not right about her. A year later when I went out on maternity leave, she tried to discredit me and take my job. I had immediately felt her lack of integrity but didn’t know how to explain that to my boss. It was a big lesson in trusting what I know to be true vs. what was being told to me.
If you are having difficulty believing your Claircognizance, one way to prove you are accurate in your interpretation of divine guidance is to keep a journal or a chart to track your gut feelings and then go back to review it after further interactions with the person, event or place. You will be amazed how accurate your intuitive sense is! This will also give you proof that your instincts are correct.
One of my favorite TV characters is Gibbs from NCIS. The trait I love the most about him is how he follows his knowingness guidance. He is famous for following his gut instincts or Claircognizance. He knows his gut feelings are correct. He has a history of being right and it has been proven to the people who work with him and respect him that it is a mistake to not follow Gibbs’ gut instinct.
Claircognizant information often will come to us when we are doing something else such as driving or walking. It may feel like a great awareness that comes to you seemingly out of nowhere. It may feel like you just plugged into the universe for a download. Or perhaps, you suddenly just know the answer to a question you have been asking.
Claircognizant messages will be extremely clear and quick. It is as if someone yelled the answer in your ear or held up a sign except you will feel and know it in your body.
When I was looking for a home many years ago, I had done lots of research and visited many homes. None of them felt right. When I walked into the foyer of my home, I KNEW that it was my home. There was a sense of rightness, comfort, and coming home. I had got this information before I walked 3 steps into the house. I couldn’t explain what I knew other than it was the home where my kids and I would be happy (and we were).
Since I was a small child, I just knew things. I knew if someone was telling the truth, if there was more to the story, if something was good for me or not. I didn’t always trust or follow this guidance, but I knew it. As I started to trust my intuition and divine connection more, I could depend on this Claircognizance sense to make more and better decisions.
You also, “know what you know.” The more you honor your inner knowingness, practice your faith muscle and trust what you know without needing a reason, the faster and clearer your Claircognizance messages will be.
Our final sense, Clairbeing is living and being connected to the Divine in every moment. Stay tuned for the finale of this series next week!
Clairsentience: Understanding Feeling Guidance
In part 3 of this 5-part #Blog series I wrote for The Wellness Universe, we explore the feeling sense of Clairsentience. #WUVIP
As a quick review, we have discussed 2 of the 5 main ways that the Angels give us guidance; Clairvoyance is seeing messages, Clairaudience is listening to direction, Claircognizance and Clairbeing will be covered in the coming weeks.
Today, we will focus on Clairsentience or the feeling of energy and messages.
Clairsentience is how our bodies react to the energy in and around us. It is associated with empathy.
As mentioned in the first two blogs, the Angels/Divine will provide clear and supportive guidance to us anytime we ask. The Angels are here to serve us and no question is considered too small. I ask the Divine for guidance about everything!
If I am going to a pot luck dinner, I ask what food is best to bring. I feel in my body what I want and know that this is what is best to bring. I find that whatever food I was guided to bring is a conversation starter or the only food that someone can eat.
Clairsentience has helped me decide how to dress. I will ask about what to wear to networking events so that I show up as my best self and allow the people that I am here to serve to see me as they need to. When teaching a class on Angel Communication as part of an all-day series of workshops, I was feeling like I should wear a long colorful print skirt. It was very long and I was afraid that I would trip over it. I followed my feeling that it was the right outfit to wear and I had many people talk to me and comment about my skirt. One lady said she only took my class because she liked my skirt. She learned a lot about how to trust her divine guidance that she never would have received if I didn’t follow my feeling that I needed to wear that skirt!
Another example of clairsentience is if you walk into a room and feel the atmosphere is heavy or uncomfortable.
You are picking up on the energy from people or situations. Learn to trust and ask questions based on how you feel in these situations. I worked in corporate for many years and was highly successful in negotiations by trusting the energy of safe/hiding something when I would enter a conference room. I could “read” if the people I was negotiating with were being honest or not.
If you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed being in crowds such as the mall or large events, it may be because you are feeling everyone one else’s energy and not properly protecting your own energy. Clairsentience can also be if you are around someone who is in pain and you feel the pain in the same place in your body. Or perhaps you feel sad and then realize you are feeling the sadness of someone close to you.
Being clairsentient, or highly empathic, you can feel everyone else’s energy and it can be confusing. I have learned to take a baseline measurement of my energy and how I feel before I attend large events or visit friends, so I know if what I am feeling is my energy or the energy of someone else.
If you get an uncomfortable feeling in your stomach, pay attention to what your “gut” is telling you. If your heart or chest hurts when you think of someone or an experience evaluate if that person or experience is good for you. Start to pay close attention to the feelings in your solar plexus area when you talk about, think of, or experience things. If you feel uncomfortable then that is a message to further evaluate the situation. If you feel expansion or joy, then follow that bliss.
If you want to know if something is in your highest good, then hold it to your heart. If it cannot be picked up, then write it on a piece of paper and hold the paper to your heart. Notice how it makes your heart feel. Does your heart feel full and happy? Or does your heart feel constricted or sad? This will give you messages to help you make healthy and aware choices.
When all the hairs on your arm stand up to make you aware, you are experiencing clairsentience. Our skin is our largest sensory organ and will provide amazing feedback. Notice what you are thinking or experiencing if you get “chills” or goosebumps. Does your skin seem to glow when you are happy? Your skin can provide wonderful clues to what is in your highest good.
You will feel message in your body in a manner unique to you. For example, when something is good for me or it is in my highest good, my face feels flushed or full on my right cheek. When it is not in my highest good then my left cheek feels flushed and full.
We all will experience this wonderful feeling sense in a manner that is special to us. Once you start to recognize how your body sends you messages, you have a built-in radar system to help you make informed choices!
Next time I will provide more details on Claircognizance, the “I just know it” message
