For many, these months come with many family events. Holidays, vacations, school breaks, and such. And, although this is a great time to connect with and honor others, it is also important to remember to take time for ourselves.
Making sure to take time for our own self-care helps keep our “cups full”. When we do this, we are more able to give freely to others from a place of pure love and care and not from expectation or need. We contribute to an environment of abundance for everyone. We can celebrate life’s moments with a clearer and more open soul.
Take time each day to honor yourself, your body, your mind, and your soul. Take time to honor and celebrate you.
