This time of year reminds me of how nature is vibrant, plentiful, and empowering. Mother Nature teaches us so much about how important it is to ground, to be present, and observe with curiosity and awareness.
Being in nature and taking the time to ground helps us in many ways. We can slow down anxiety, open up our creative flow, and enjoy the beauty around us with childlike wonder and awareness.
One amazing gift of being in nature and grounding is that we can practice presence and observation. This allows us to connect to our inner guidance system and feel the messages that come up. We can tap into our intuition and feel the peace and actions meant for us. It is enchanting, authentic, and serene.
There are many ways to ground with Mother Earth. Simply planting our bare feet in the ground does this. Sitting in silence and witnessing all that is occurring, from the breeze to the birds to the fragrance of a blooming plant, works too.
However you ground, honor yourself and do it. Often. And use this opportunity to practice presence and inner guidance. It is life-changing for your highest good.
